Thanks for the tip but I would have to disagree. Astilbe has compound leaves, this does not. This is a tree seedling, astilbe is not. If it helps I’m in zone 5. This is a tree I’ve never seen growing in the woods. It has bark on the last year’s growth, the new growth is fuzzy. The upper leaf surface is sandpaper like.
