I got Jersey and Patriot blueberries today at a nursery. Jersey is a mid-late season bloomer and Patriot is early-mid season. Some sources online say they are good cross pollinators and others don’t.
My question is, is there enough overlap in their bloom times to cross pollinate effectively? I’d like to hear from people that have both and can personally verify that they overlap.
If they don’t overlap, what is a good variety that blooms between Jersey and Patriot that can bridge the pollination gap?
