in another blueberry thread, they posted the planting directions from a blueberry plant farm and they only used peat as the medium for in ground and containers while using an “acid mix” fert: Blueberries and soil ph questions - #14 by Sharbecr when i was looking over the website a while ago i remember finding those exact instructions but i can no longer find them.
