Kordia sweet black cherry

The hype is that this is the most crack resistant high quality black sweet cherry ever created, but it doesn’t seem to be available in the U.S.

Anyone know different?

Yes… and No. (i am on the waitlist myself).

These growers grow them under a roof… due to their others cracking.

Cherry (Sweet), Attika – The Farm Connection

MSU says so, im interested since cracking is such a huge issue in the northeast, but msu said it had issues with cracking

Chat agrees with you- same variety. I already have Attika in my nursery.

whats your experience with it?

I never tried to grow it as an orchard tree and haven’t observed it at other sites either. I just purchased a bundle of 5 a while back. I’m going to check to see if I’ve any left in my nursery.
