Lapins cherry tree is dying

My lapins cherry was planted last year and now looks like it is dying. Maybe root was infected with fungus? Not sure if I should move to another location to save it.

It could be due to poor drainage of your soil. If you think that might be the case you could move it to a better drained spot and/or plant it on a raised bed. A minimum size bed in my mind would be 12 inches high and 6ft across. Use a good loamy topsoil for the bed. Not something that will decompose and therefor settle.
