I have a small property, and unfortunately, it’s quite shady. Does anyone have experience growing a little orchard on leased land, I noticed websites which seem to connect people like me with perspective landowners

I guess it’s ok for a garden with annuals — the worst that can happen is you lose one year’s crop. However, I would not do this for an orchard, too much risk of losing years of your hard work.
