I’m getting a few semi-standard rootstocks, so I’m looking for some low vigor apples.
I have read Allen’s Everlasting, Scarlet Nonpareil, and Court Pendu Rose are low-vigor. Can anyone confirm or recommend others they’ve grown?

No one has any low vigor apple varieties to recommend? I refuse to believe that.
Honeycrisp and Goldrush are low vigor.
It varies a lot based on growing conditions and roostock so its hard to gauge. Sansa and Margil are relatively low-vigor. I was about to type Honeycrisp and Goldrush but Andrews post just showed up GoldRush hasn’t been super low vigor for me but its a bit less than its neighbors.
Wealthy on m111 for me first year maybe 2 inches. Used fertilizer last year it grew maybe 18 inches up and the branches 6 inches. Wynooche early has been a slow grower as well now that I think about it. On m7.
have you though about getting a soil test?
My understanding was wealthy is a slow grower, other trees are growing great. Thought about a soil test several times just never looked it up to get one in my area.
Does it help to mention grafts that have not done all that well? These are grafts to my Liberty that just don’t seem to want to take off. Fuji has done very poorly, also Macoun. Gala and Yellow Delicious are better but not great. Haralson seemed reticent. But State Farm, Fireside, Winesap, Karmijn de Sonneville, Rubinette, Carousel, Jonagold, and Calville Blanc take right off every time. Cox’s Orange Pippin and Kidd’s have done OK.
For what it’s worth, Orange Pippin Trees UK lists the following trees as being either weak growing or slightly less vigorous:
Adams Pearmain (weak)
Brownlees Russet
Cox Orange Pippin (weak)
D’Arcy Spice (weak)
Devonshire Quarrenden
Freyberg (weak)
Herefordshire Russet (weak)
Honeycrisp (weak)
King of the Pippins
Lady
Laxton’s Fortune
Limelight (weak)
Pinova
Queen Cox (weak)
Reverend Wilks
Rubinette (weak)
St. Edmund’s Russet
Santana (weak)
Yellow ingestrie (weak)
For me Jonathan and Honeycrisp are both low vigor.
My Wynoochee Early is by far my slowest growing variety.
For future reference the Home Orchard Society has a long list. See Estimated Tree Vigor for Apple Varieties
Goldrush isn’t that slow for me, either. The leader on my M9/M111 interstem Goldrush tree grew 3’ for me last year!
Leader growth might not be the index to measure. What about the diameter growth relative to others
