Luisa plum very productive

My luisa plum I bought 3 years ago, that is now approx 2 metres high and 2 metres wide is very productive. I estimate I got about 40 kg of fruit from it. The plums on the left should have been thinned, but most of them ripened. They taste great generally with the odd one being a bit bland. Highly recommended for a self fertile japanese plum. These are very popular in new zealand where they originated.

I had a hard time growing them, they needed a great deal of work to thin and they didn’t ripen consistently so only a few were really good tasting.

It certainly is productive though!
