The first of the tulip flowered magnolias opened today. About two weeks earlier than usual but what is the norm these days. Zone 7b/8a

I am always watching the magnolias here in town to really decide if spring is here. It seems so. Here in Cleveland, OH area everything is starting to wake up. Magnolia buds are looking fat!
