I’m guessing there are 2 apples named Holly?
One is 1800’s and ripens Nov-Dec in North Carolina. (I’m going to graft this one this spring.) Scion available Horne Creek Preservation Orchard.
One bred in Ohio in 1950’ a cross of Red Delicious and Jonathon.
Neither are exactly “early”.

Guess I will see. Allegedly it is one from Georgia. But would not be surprised if it is the same one in NC. I thought the NC heritage site said it was from Georgia as well.
