I forgot another weird tip. Try vibrating your face and neck. Wherever it feels good, but especially the sinuses. Try to do it for 10 minutes even if you need breaks in between. It helps with draining sinuses, but it seems to do even more than that. It brings blood flow to the areas you’re vibrating which can help with various problems too.
Have any of you found something that really helps with arthritus ?
Many online recommend turmeric, ginger, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, oregano, etc…
I have tried it (in tea form) for weeks… and cant tell it does anything for me.
A couple of folks here in another post said that tart cherry helps. I have not tried that yet… I did plant a montmorency cherry this spring and it has grown very nicely.
May try a tart cherry supplement soon.

Americans are totally brainwashed about food especially. It drives me nuts! Hearing my mom would rather take medicines instead of trying to change her diet sent my brain spiraling because I can’t wrap my head around it. And learning that skim milk has for a long time been considered pig food and used to FATTEN pigs! There’s so much here that’s messed up! People come and move here from other countries and they wind up sick because of you don’t read the ingredients you don’t realize the food here has all kinds of stuff added. I tried to find a plain cultured buttermilk and couldn’t. It all had corn starch and carageenan. My mom sent Cool whip. No big deal it’s just whip cream right? WRONG! Not even close. And if a company changes ingredients there is no rule that they have to change the product name. We don’t know what is in our meat. From what it’s fed to what it’s doctored with to make it more profitable. Even milk isn’t what it once was. Pasteurization is no big deal, but homogenized milk is not chemically the same as milk!
I’m going to stop ranting. This is something that keeps making me increasingly mad.
I once asked a doctor if changing my diet to carnivore and eliminating all trigger foods would prevent me from being on meds he was going to prescribe me for life he said yes. I then asked why he didn’t suggest that. He said no one sticks to it. Was dirty carnivore for 5 months this year. I still had different preserves. Felt so good and lost 20lbs. Pregnant now, so I’m semi off the wagon, but during my 3rd trimester I plan to really clean up my diet and go low carb, so I can keep at it without messing up my milk supply (tried last time to eat meat and potatoes and sweet potatoes and my supply dropped as though I had no carbs. Don’t want to risk that again). It’s nuts that doctors push surgery and pills and don’t even mention diet. My life would have been so different if even one brought it up and I didn’t have to blindly stumble in the dark until I started finding answers. I could have literally died so many times as a child and it could have been prevented by a limited diet!!!
As for arthritis, Arnica all the way! Topical is amazing and doesn’t even have to be put exactly at the site, but can be near it.

The best advise my wife and I gave ourselves was to follow my new doctor’s diet and exercise recommendation.

Wow, its nice to find a soulmate at least on that account. That your answer enlightened me my business problem : I cannot find real ND, Naturopath or aka Alternative medicine practitioner willing to accept really mother nature remedies into their practice healing arsenal. A door to their mind reminds me a concreted wall.
They all want “to prescribe” purified synthetic vitamins and supplements in form of capsules, tablets and pills completely disregarding human body digestive system functionality.
That is what happened to our pancreatic when we consume too much sugar - a diabetes coming. Why ? Because pancreatic does not need to “process” food to manufacture sugar, it merely stops working because its level is already high in a blood. So no insulin production. You can call it an atrophy.
Absolutely the same result is gonna be expected if our digestive system stops digesting raw food to absorb macro and microelements.
I wonder why simple to understand concept stays hidden from a vast majority of Americans?
American dietitians and nutritionists don’t want to learn about Manuka honey, bee propolis, shilajit or Siberian cedar sap oleoresin. It seems they work together with Big Pharma promoting their pills everywhere to everyone.
Because doctors are brainwashed in school and they are salesmen to big pharma and hospitals and we trust doctors, so the majority consumes what the doctor prescribes. for accidents or emergency surgeries, most doctors are good, but for regular checkups you always have to ask, do the benefits outweigh the risks? I do it and 95% of the time they don’t for me.
Unbelievable… I though I’m only one who got it. In fact, I see at least another person thinks in the same exact direction. So, it seems my supposition was right : American health care system is indeed a “milking farm” enterprise where folk is a cow and big pharma is a farmer. A “farmer” feeds and takes care about a “cow” for one and only reason - to milk it. If American nation becomes healthy, its gonna ruin the entire industry… I’m shocked to say it loudly. I wonder why it stays cleared for a double digits number of people. They literally keep us “at barn” forcing to consume only a hey they want us to consume, they don’t want us to go to a cage free pasture.

I personally harvest my mulberry leaves for their medicinal benefits. I’m planning to dig up blackberry root.
I also like to plant medicinal herbs near the drip lines where my trees go. They bring benefits to the tree as well (for ex, attracting pollinators).

Mine was a fractured vertebrae in the lower back. Hit by a metro bus on the freeway from behind. Crazy rain caused us both to hydroplane at the bottom of a mile long hill in Bellevue Wa. The back bed of my truck tacoed over the front and the drive line complete shot out thru the engine and radiator.
