When my husband stopped eating sugar and started drinking ACV, his life long issue with fungal infections on his feet went away.

I have experimented a ton with remedies for fungal infections, and the best I’ve found are usnea lichen (heated for a couple hours in just enough oil, then strained) and propolis tincture (I buy a 70% ABV spray when I’m in Brazil, where my family lives). The propolis tincture is especially effective, as it works rapidly (weeks, not months). Best of all is to combine remedies.

That is very interesting about diet impacting fungal infections

That’s very interesting and something to ponder on for a while.

I often get cracked and painful feet in the winter. I take my shoes off as soon as I can, usually in the afternoon-evening. I put unrefined coconut oil on them and it eventually goes away.

I got myself a ā€œCapsule Itā€ which is a simple device for making 100 capsules at a time. I just got some turmeric from Costco, along with a small amount of black pepper (somehow activates the turmeric) cinnamon and ginger. I think the ratio was 4:1/2:1:1 or a 1/4cup turmeric, 11/2 tsp. pepper, 1 TBSP each of the ginger and cinnamon. I filled the capsules and have found that they work wonders for my arthritis. I like the capsules because they are easy to take each day. I started with a few a day, but I’ve found that one keeps any pain at bay. I’ve also been taking gelatin (in capsules) to help build muscle and bone, along with other things for other conditions: hawthorn for heart health, etc.
I find size 00 the best size for capsules. I had gotten another size, but never really use it–too big to swallow. If you are thinking about investing in a Capsule it, getting the pre-separated capsules are easiest and fastest. Also, I’ve found that I have to give each capsule a final squeeze to snap them together and make them easier to swallow.
