There are still a few fruits that I haven’t tried out. Picked up a Dragon fruit today at Publix. I wasn’t expecting to see the peppered look when I cut it open.
I can feel your gut wrenching disappointment. Yellow skinned DF tend to at least be sweet. Ones with colored flesh range from bland to absolutely delicious.
Yes it was plain with very little sweetness.
Since it was surrounded with decadent ingredients it’s hard for me to comment on just the dragon fruit.
