I have a list of low chill pears. One I recall off the top of my head is Hood. Larry Stephenson has a list of about a dozen he recommends. You can find him on facebook. IIRC, Coolmantoole also has several low chill varieties.

Just checked my list. I have Perdue, Southern Bartlett and Biscamp which are described as low chill.

Also, Fanstil is a renamed Le Conte.
