Wow! Very interesting looking fruit!
Loquat, Orange, banana, and either orange or lemon (and lily of the nile)…top to bottom.
Yes… fortunately many things…
Beautiful! This time of year looks really nice where you live.
Are those olive trees in the background of the first photo?
Thank you! Yes they are olives and other fruit trees.
Can you share the recipe? I may finally get some feijoas next year, perhaps ,…
Hi. My wife use the basic recipe of bread of bread machine. Some times she add dry fruits, goji, but one of this days she adds candied jujubes we made and got wonderfull. This time she adds feijoa jam and get even better! It gets just a bit sweet, with a wonderfull smell, dark and i still can feel the feijoa fruit.
Sounds great! But I have a follow-up question: can you share the feijoa jam recipe?
It’s wonderfull made by this way. We try other ways but like this is the best because it’s like eating the fruit + jam and caramel. We made it with yellow sugar. You have to use just the white pulp without the green shells.
Are those used like tomatoes?
Hi. No they are fruit. They have a strong tart and sweet tropical taste.
Usually used on juice, fruit salad and to make jam. You have to take out skin because have a acid taste.
What kinda flavor does it have?
I think I received the same fruit from a member on the other forum when I purchased some white sapote fruit box.
Hi! It’s Acid, a bit sweet and a tropical aftertaste. Thats the better way i can describe…
