Don’t know what the blemishes are or the oozing on the nectarines & with the cherry I don’t know what the yellow bodies are on the leaf petioles. My two cherry trees have it. Every petiole on both.

That’s a normal part of cherry anatomy. Nothing to be concerned about.
The nectarines have suffered some surface damage. Perhaps by shallow feeding of some insect. The little clear balls of sap is just a normal response to injury. I think those fruits will still be eatable. The ones with deeper damage my end up splitting and rotting.
