Not your typical St. Honorė

This is a very traditional French dessert cake. Saved for special occasions. I gave my first dinner party in St. Rėmy de Provence, so my local pâtissière who is also my neighbor, made this for me. It is different because of the fresh berries on top and the raspberry coulis on the bottom. Usually they are made from just profiteroles, cream filled with whipped cream. I thought you might enjoy seeing this! It is called a St. Honorė. I didn’t have time to make it myself. Its easier than it looks! Also the raspberries on top are filled with fresh raspberry sauce. Yum!
