I don’t think the meeting is up on there website yet. I believe they will hold their Spring Board Meeting during Lunch.

The PGNA is blessed with having many members who are talented nut tree grafters

Emelie Swackhamer from Penn State Extension in Montgomery County will be speaking about the Spotted Lanternfly .

Charles West of West Farm Nursery will speak on pawpaws

Richard Fahey of SINGING TREE will be talking about walnuts. Many of you have probably purchased scion wood from him.

I will be driving him to the meeting. He was, at one time, the Apple maven for NAFEX. I will have about 4-5 hours in the car to pick his brain.

Wish I could go, hope you update this post or start a new one to share any good tidbits of info…

I will share any pearls I learn at the meeting.

Peter Haarmann, who has a nut grove in eastern Long Island, will talk about truffles on hazelnut roots. I’m interested in hearing that talk.
