Old Varieties of Plums

I found these plums in a park that used to be an expansive farm in the early 1900’s or maybe a bit earlier.
Does anyone know what variety these are?

These ones look like they are glowing! They were more yellow than orange in real life.

looks just like myrobalan plum (those that are used as rootstocks now)

I looked and you are right! At least with the darker, more red ones!

I’m going to try and make them into umeboshi.
