Hi, I have a Hardy kiwi that I am trying to grow up and arch. It was planted last year and has three vines, should it only have one? I can easily prune off the other two. Thank you for your help!
One would be easier to manage, but three would give you insurance in case one goes down. I am doing two up and then in different directions. There is no right or wrong. Just do what you want and if it doesn’t work out you can just cut it back later. Don’t worry they grow fast.
Great, thank you very much. I’ll probably leave two, chop one.
