There is this guy on Youtube who has been selling them for a couple years, Curtis Stone… The way I see it, to save time with transplants it is better to use ground cover and not have to worry about weeds. Weeding takes longer than transplanting, at least for me. It seems like to really save time you would need to do a stale seedbed first, but then why not just direct seed? I’d worry about dislodging the transplants by catching the paper with the hoe while weeding also.
