I used the last Pawpaws from my trip in the SF Bay area to make a dessert,using a recipe a coworker had for Banana cake.
It was good,milder than most Banana breads that I’ve tried,as was some Pawpaw ice cream I sampled a few years ago.These recipes may work better if the fruit were extremely ripe,to get a richer flavor.I liked it though.
I could post the recipe,but most ones using Bananas can substituted with it. Brady
