Found scale on one of my pawpaws while grafting. Big too, reminds me of magnolia scale but not red. Anyone have this turn into a problem on pawpaw? Only found 4-5 at a quick check.

That must be rare to see scale on Pawpaw. I haven’t seen it on my pawpaws yet.

This year i saw them too for first time on one of my pawpaws, they were placed above buds
