Have you spray with products containing copper?
Copper injury and bacterial leave spot are often confused.

Another peach leave issue is a shot hole disease which is a fungal disease.

I think you have either a shot hole disease or copper injury.
No copper. For fungus I just periodically use Daconil.
I hope you do not spray Daconil after fruit form.
That is probably bacterial spot. If you are in eastern zone 7b it is common there.
I have 2 young peach trees that have a similar disease. I sprayed with copper when I first noticed it but it hasn’t helped. There is a mature peach tree next to these which had severe leaf curl his spring that doesn’t show these spots at the moment. We are in Riverside California which is hot and dry so I’m not sure why we are having these issues. It’s mainly the peaches that I have problems with, no other fruit trees have nearly as many issues.
