Peach tree issue leaf drop

I spray copper fungicide on all my trees with neem oil every other week during summer and everything looks good except my peach trees they look horrible. I have 2 belle of georgia trees and 5 elberta trees. Zone 8a in sc and there on a drip irrigation system receving 10 gallons a week. Planted april 2022. They were sprayed with neem oil during winter and spring before bud break but right before they bloomed we had a 3 or 4 day freez and it lost almost all buds. Thanks for any advice

You can fry leaves by spraying them with oil during late-spring through summer, esp. if it is used as a surfactant. Check the copper fungicide label.

I think peach is sensitive to copper in growing season
