This one’s starting to ripen. Flavor is excellent. It’s ripening just as Spring Snow is finishing up. I’m pretty sure the pollen parent was Silver Gem. Man, it’s good. And the wildlife seems to think so too since this is the only tree they’re targeting at the moment. I had to cover it with netting so I can get a few more this weekend.
