Pear crumble

Janet’s peeled pear surprise! It’s actually standard oatmeal crumble using pears, but we like the alliterated title better.

Usually they have a little more neck, but this year they’re very quince-ish.

The shape threw me off on these. Congratulations on another great year for hood! Anyone not growing pears wherever they live needs to get at least one tree in the ground.
