What’s going on with my pear tree? Noticed it was yellowing and started some nitrogen supplementation, but does not seem to be helping.

I may be wrong, yet I don’t think that a yellowing of leaves is ever a nitrogen deficiency, it could be many things, what are those insects under the leaves, are they all ants?
I say this because ants are often around insects that harm our plants, am I seeing what I think that am seeing, is the whole plant changing color? Or is it just the leaves?
Just top leaves had a few aphids.
Looked up yellowing leaves pear and that was the explanation that made the most sense.
Yes, ants carry around aphids with them to plants, aphids chew on leaf stems not just leaves. Aphids can make leaves and their stems turn yellow.
