Any idea what this rootstock is? Apple or pear?
I prob can get one more graft in but not sure what it is.
I guess based on this picture (Warren pear pic in post below), pears have more of an oval shaped leaf with a very light serraded edge.
And therefore this one of mine above would be an apple
Looks more like apple than pear.
New growth on pears… at least all I have seen… the leaves are initally all rolled up…

My first reaction is hawthorn, but my app says in descending order of likelihood: Apple, Japanese quince, Oregon crabapple, and in my opinion that’s also a good guess is Oregon Crabapple or some other strange looking crabapple.
I’d try grafting apple on it, unless you have a pear like Clara Frijs, which is fully compatible with apples, or Clapp’s Favorite Pear which is highly compatible with apples.
Actually many pears can be grafted to apples and there are some interesting benefits, like larger fruit later ripening and firmer texture.
