Pink Lemonade Lemon disease?

Anybody know why this is happening? Only one of my citrus to show this.

I may add it has always done this.

I’ve never seen anything like that on citrus before…does it only happen when the tree is blossoming??

Tree is always blossoming, ever-bearing for the most part…so this process happens over and over again right after fruit set.
