Please help identify this tree

This is not a fruit tree, but the flowers fragrance so delightful. I found it in Hong Kong, not sure if available in North America. But definitely want to plant one in my yard.

Ylang-ylang
Usually yellow flower, but that looks like it.

Edit ,I see now that I am wrong.
But that was my guess.
They have it , below

Thought it looked like a magnolia… the tropical Michelia alba is a good match.

Agree with @Vincent_8B, Champaca flowers. Usually, it is a standard size tree, grown all over Southeast and South India.

There are several relatives of them, some are white, others are yellow. Some are climbers

Another name for Champaca white is.“hoa Ngoc Lan”, and the Vietnamese nurseries in Southern California have it. I don’t know if they do mail order or not. This is one of the sites for the Mimosa Nurseries

It’s very strong lovely comfortable fragrance . It should be planted in warm tropical weather. It’s very popular in Viet Nam but I didn’t have a chance to see or smell the yellow one yet.

USDA hardiness zone for Champaca flowers tree is 10a to 11b.
