I’m surprised to see my South facing Pomegranate tree fruit getting sunburned. Last year, I lost about 20% fruits to it. This year looks not that bad but I’m wondering if anyone has tried to fix this. Or just wait for the tree to grow out more?
It happens. It’s 65 at 9 a.m. here. You’re hotter than normal and it’s below normal here.
Didn’t you have cool days in July or something?
Hot sunny days at the end of cool cloudy days make sunburns and wilting more common I’ve noticed.
