Where did you source your 12 gallon pots? When you change the medium, it looks like you pruned off a good chunk of roots? This is so helpful, thank you.
These pots are from Italy but available, here.
I don’t remember wich company. Very sturdy handles. I bought a dozen, a long time ago and they are tested as you can see!
Amazon has a pot, also made in Italy but I only paid $17.each then. So, it might not be available anymore!

Wow those are great looking. It’s hard to find a taller 10 let alone a 12 with handles. If you end up seeing the name on the bottom of one, please post it. I would love to get some!

@tonyOmahaz5 I went to a local supermarket called Price Rite. It usually sells a variety of sub tropical and tropical fruit. Large pomelos are $2.99 each. I bought 10. They are juicier and tastier than the ones from Costco.

I am a big fan of pomelos! I have already Valentine producing, Rock Sugar pomelo producing, Cocktail, Honey Red Heart, Honey White Heart, Honey Golden Heart, Xiyu nº1 Red, Watermelon, Kao Ya Thai Honey and Thai Jade Green. But i will have more soon.

Your Valentine pomelo looked like red grapefruit. I like pomelos that can be easily separate in sections.

Yes me too… Valentine is not a real pomelo but a pomelo hybrid. But its sooo good flavo, really yummy!
A little added about my soil: the use of Turfface and new peat moss, those 2 need to be soaked for 2 days then mix with whatever you choose.
Finished tree need to be moved to a shaded spot for 4 days at least.
I want to grow some pommels in pots but they are just too big of a tree.
