Problem with pealing bark (apple tree)

Some of my apple trees show this peeling bark. What is this disease?

What direction/side of the tree do you see the peeling? It could be sunscald?

I must check. This winter was very mild with little snow and many suny and warm days. Another moment - I apply dormant spray with 7% urea, but this must be harmless? I’m afraid if this is disease and can spread. Some of the afected branches are dead.

The peeling bark have random exposure - top, south, nord. I think it’s not sunburn.
