Pruning a few weeks old peach tree grown from seed

So, just for fun I stratified and planted some peach seeds and a few grew. This one is about 2 weeks old and is about 3 or 4 inches tall.

Should I prune off the side branches to encourage upward growth? Obviously I don’t want future branches so close to the ground but I thought I would ask first

What Lois said. Those leaves are generating carbohydrates that are being stored in the roots, which in turn will fuel next spring’s growth. Don’t interrupt that this soon.
