Pruning and training of pear and apple trees

I bought this book at a NAFEX meeting about 30 years ago and wore it out. Now it would cost over $100 to replace via Amazon. Free on-line libraries are great.

I tried a copy/paste and it didn’t work.

Is the book you’re talking about Training and Pruning Apple Trees by C.G. Forshey?

Closest title match I could find - it’s available as a pdf on Cornell’s ecommons.

Edit: Sorry, I see that it’s a different book (same author though, I think). Some may still find the link useful.

So weird, when I copy and paste it it works.

It’s the same book, maybe a different edition. Thank you. I edited my post so now things should be easy.

Because it is on your computer

With Firefox just click on it and it opens, then select the download button.

Thanks Alan, a good read!

The link I have now on the topic still doesn’t work?

Now it works, I was referring to the previous one, which was actually the address on your computer and therefore inaccessible.

It works now. The initial link was to a “c” drive location. Thanks for sharing @alan! It looks short and sweet, which for this kind of stuff is usually the best look.

Martin’s book How to Prune Fruit Trees is also very simple and a wonderful resource that @Barkslip recommended to me.
