I read through some of the posts a month or so ago and noticed some of you also have milder very wet winter climates and do not prune during the winter because of disease susceptibility. Some of you get much healthier trees this way. That makes a lot of sense to me.
When do you prune? Just after harvest? On a dry day in the fall? Do you wait for leaves to turn or fall off? How do you decide? Or do you wing it and add a sealer to the cut in case of sustained rain?
