In regards to raspberries:
Do you cut the flower off of one plant, isolate another set of flowers, and then wait for it to open and pollinate with the other?
Blueberries:
Do you cut the pollen pocket in half and rub it on the stamen? Does that work? I’ve always had a hard time hand pollinating blueberries even with this method since their pollen is sticky and hard to see compared to other berries.
Blackberries:
Same as raspberries?
So I’m loving the flavor of Fall Gold, Anne, and Crimson night the most so far… I have niwot as well but i want to create an erect black primocane black raspberry. I’m going to grab a jewel from one of the nurseries this weekend.
I’m thinking of crossing Niwot with Jewel and keeping whichever fruits the earliest and is erect vs trailing.
Also want to cross Crimson Night with Anne and Crimson Night with Fall Gold as well.
I have Snowbank blackberry along with all the freedoms. Thinking about that too 
Also thinking of crossing a niwot×jewel seedling with Anne and Fall Gold to see if we can really make purple-purple raspberries and not purple-red
