What is this weed. I’ve never noticed it anywhere I’ve been, but it is everywhere here, this year.
Most are 2’-4’ tall.

Possibly London Rocket, Sisymbrium irio, as Snarfing suggested. A member of the mustard family.

After snarfing posted, I started searching, with his input. Looks to me like London Rocket
I have a young potted mango tree. Recently, all the leaves started drying up and falling off. Upon closer inspection, I saw what looked almost like a white mold or coating on the top few inches of the plant and trunk. If I scratch the trunk below the mold, it looks green and healthy underneath.
Is this powdery mildew? Scale? What should I do?
