There are Cedar Apple Rust resistant apples; why are there not Pear Rust resistant Pears?

Farmers have treatments now to fight Cotton Root Rot; why are they not available to hobbyists?

Harrow sweet and harrow delight are highly resistant to pear rust.

Yes my Harrow Delight and Harrow sweet escaped unharmed, while my Ayers and all my Asian pears got clobbered. But with apples one can always see when buying which varieties are CAR resistant; they’re bred for resistance; while when a Pear is released there’s no mention of Rust resistance
