Quick way to dice peppers and slice apples

My ( most) food processor ( a Hamilton beech) with the slicer disk will make quick work of peppers.
The fastest way I have found to slice ,peel ,core ,apples for drying is my " best apple peeler ever.

Here is the Reading 78 peeler It is the fastest hand crank peeler I have seen. But. ,it only peels,. Does not core or slice. For that reason I don’t use it much. The one in my post above ( the drill) ,peels ,slices and cores and is faster. [image]
