Raspberry yellow mottled leaves

I recently got a raspberry plant (Anne) and it seems to have mottled yellow leaves at the bottom. The top leaves look fine. (Photos attached). Is this a fertilizer issue or some fungal disease?

Red and black raspberry canes, as they age over the summer and fall, tend to have leaves yellow, brown, wither, and fall from the ground up.

I see, thanks

Also one other thing I noticed is that most buds have turned into green fruit but seem to stuck there after that, no visible growth. Wondering if it need more time or given that it’s a small plant it has too many buds and not able to manage?

This could also be Raspberry mosaic virus.
Yellow leafs are most notable in the spring. Can persist later
Incurable.
Best to buy certified virus free plants to start. Eliminate one that show symptoms later

Hmm, I got this from OneGreenWorld. Should I remove those leaves?

I don’t know how virus free one green worlds plants are ?
If it’s mosaic virus ? It’s inside the plant . No cure .
Removing leafs not a solution.
Starting with virus indexed stock is a good start.
I recommend Nourse farms .
I grew raspberries commercially for years . The mosaic would come in from wild plants in surrounding landscape. Requiring removal of infected plants .
At around 12-15 years I would destroy entire planting and start over with clean stock.
Raspberry Mosaic virus was the main limiting factor growing raspberries here in West Virginia.
Now it’s spotted wing drosophila.
I don’t grow many these days .
