My son threw a potato from the kitchen into my blackberry bed three months ago. I didn’t have the heart to throw it out, so just let it be… It grew like crazy and three months later we harvested so many potatoes today. That was fun!!! Super rewarding especially given none of us have ever grown potatoes before
