Rubus id?

Is this just a Himalayan blackberry that’s stunted & growing funny from living in a tiny crack in the bricks, or is it maybe something else that I might want to save and move to the empty spot in my raspberry bed?

Himalayan blackberries are one of my three mortal enemies (the other two being ivy and morning glory), but I would love a less ferocious brambleberry addition.

Looks Himalaya. I also hate them.

As I feared. Sure would be nice to see the birds plant some other kind of bramble for once!

If that is a place people step, it would explain the growth pattern.

Been a long time since I studied a Himalayan up close. The rubus pictured above
seems to have smaller and denser spines than the Himalayan?
