Rust-when to spray?

Do I spray now, or wait for all blossoms to drop?

I’m relatively new to the forum, but have read through many past post about dealing with rust. I have two Asian pear trees and an apple tree which develop rust every season. I live in a relatively large development, so treatment is my only option. I’ve read previously, I should spray Immunox (which I have ready to go) after blossom drop. I’ve attached two pictures of one of my trees which has started to drop blossoms but there are still some hanging on.

I spray Immunox on my apple trees when 3/4th of the petals has dropped. Then 2 more applications.

How long do you wait between applications?

The label specifies 7 to 10 days, but I shorten that depending on the rain. I’ve read that it is as important to apply right before a rainy period as it is to apply after a rainy period. I usually do both.
