My Dutch Red shallots. Not as sized up as I’d like, but the leaves have a slightly yellowish cast that wasn’t there a few days ago. Harvest or let them go a bit?

Wait until they flop. They might size up a bit more.

I let mine die back until most of the leaves are brown,
