I purchase from Grandpa’s and Cummins. Maple valley used to propagate requested varieties for the grandpa section if memory serves me. My favorite rootstock is bud9 and g30. Think g30 out of fashion now. G30 produced some nice apples. Never any problems in Houston and very easy to control size. I would choose all my trees on g30 if my wanted varieties were available. Don’t graft due to bad arthritis.
