What kind of tree is it? Looks like a pear. If it is, I would say some kind of rust.

I don’t know what it is either, but I get it every year and it doesn’t seem to do much harm.

Look more like pear leave spot to me.

I think my pears get that, too. As Marknmt says, it doesn’t seem to do much harm.
