Are we permitted to discuss retail store sales this spring related to gardening tools, supplies and plants? No affiliation just want to get the word out to fellow gardeners when I see sales.

Alright. I saw Tractor Supply has two 2cu ft bags of Miracle Grow potting mix for $25 until April 1st. Usually they are between $15-$17 each.
