Stone fruit cold damage or something more sinister?

One bloomed and then dried up, One never bloomed, One partially bloomed before buds all dried out. Will these come back? Thanks!

My other similar stone fruits are doing just great. Checked the bark and it is green all the way up all these trees.

Look to see if you have teeny weeny holes on the trunks.

Sorry to see that. They are dead unfortunately.

Did they recently get moved?

They did not get moved. I see no signs of damage on the trunk. Rootstock still trying though. Thanks!
